At-will employment
Employment may be ended by either party at any time, with or without cause or notice, unless a written agreement signed by the owner says otherwise.
Position and duties
Professional braiders provide specialized braiding services, arrive on time for shifts and appointments, deliver professional client care, and follow salon operations instructions.
24-hour operations
Milan operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year. Team members may be scheduled for day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Confidentiality
Client information, booking history, pricing, training material, business records, and marketing plans are confidential and may not be copied or used outside company work.
Client relations
All bookings, payments, and rebookings must be processed through company systems. Off-book payments or outside booking of company clients may be grounds for immediate termination.
Sanitation and standards
Team members must clean and disinfect tools and stations, use approved products, report shortages, follow safety rules, and maintain professional appearance and conduct.
Applicant certification
By submitting, the applicant certifies that the application is true, correct, and complete. False statements or omissions may result in refusal of employment or termination after hire.
